Is there a minimum contract term?

Essentials: 3 months. Professional: 6 months. Nodexus 2.0 (Enterprise): 12 months. With annual payment you receive 2 months free.

What does it really cost — are there hidden fees?

No. You pay a monthly flat rate plus a transparent per-minute price for additional minutes. No setup surprises, no hidden API costs, no developer invoices. The onboarding package is a one-time fee covering complete setup by our team.

How does Nodexus differ from an answering machine or call center?

An answering machine takes a message — Nodexus conducts a real conversation, books appointments, answers questions and updates your CRM. Unlike a call center, Nodexus works 24/7, makes no errors due to shift fatigue, and is immediately available after onboarding — without recruitment, training or sick days.

Can I customize the agent at any time?

Operating hours, call limits and basic settings can be changed in the dashboard yourself. Larger adjustments to the knowledge base or integrations are implemented by our team within 24–48 hours.

What happens if the agent can't answer a question?

Nodexus recognizes knowledge gaps, informs the caller transparently and notes the request. This is forwarded to your team via email, CRM entry or ticket — depending on your integration.

What happens when my minute quota is exhausted?

At 80% utilization you receive an automatic dashboard notification. Additional minutes are billed at the agreed per-minute price. A package upgrade is possible at any time.

Can I upgrade from Essentials to Professional later?

Yes. A package upgrade is possible at any time. We adjust configuration and integrations accordingly — without interruption to ongoing operations.

Is there a trial period or pilot project?

We offer no freemium or free trial — Nodexus quality requires real onboarding. Instead: speak with us in a free 30-minute call. If Nodexus doesn't fit your business, we'll say so openly.

How many calls can Nodexus handle simultaneously?

The Essentials package supports up to 5 parallel calls, the Growth package up to 10, the Scale package up to 20. Your agent is therefore continuously available even at high call volumes — without hold music.

What happens after go-live — am I on my own?

No. The Growth package includes a 30-minute follow-up call after the go-live onboarding call, where we review initial experiences and clarify open questions together. Beyond that, our support team is available to you via email and phone.
